Heralric symbols of forestry

Heraldic sign – emblem of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus is a green circle with a golden border containing green inscription "MINISTRY OF FORESTRY OF THR REPUBLIC OF BELARUS". In the center of the circle there is a light brown styled scroll, with a golden baroque shield, in the field of which is a green fur-tree. The shield is crowned with the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus of golden color. Under the shield on the border, there are green leaves of the oak. The emblem is placed on eight golden bearings, under which is a green cog rosette.

The basis of the heraldic sign-emblem of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus is a green circle symbolizes the forestry of the Republic of Belarus. The gold border emphasizes the forest wealth of the Republic of Belarus. The baroque shield is a symbol of forest protection, a tribute to the epoch of the XVI century, when the Grand Duchy of Lithuania inaugurated administrative positions responsible for the protection of forests, forest use and hunting. The scroll is a stylized legal document, a prototype of ancient Belarusian legal acts, including the statutes of the GDL, legal codes, and later forest codes and forest laws. The fur-tree, depicted on the shield – is a traditional element of forest symbolism in Belarus, a symbol of the State Forestry of the Republic of Belarus. The image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus emphasizes the status of the ministry and its state affiliation. The leaves of the oak, the cult tree of the Slavs, symbolize the agency's efforts to preserve and multiply the national wealth of the country. The bearings are the elements of the dial of special equipment, indicate modern technical equipment of forest workers, the cog rosette is associated with young forests - a symbol of literate forest management, renovation, life.

The affiliation of the emblem to the relevant department reveals the inscription on the tape: "MINISTRY OF FORESTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS."


Badge "State Forest Protection of the Republic of Belarus. № »____ of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus  is a green ellipse, bordered with a golden oak wreath. In the center of the oval is a golden baroque shield, in the field of which is a green fur-tree. The shield is crowned with the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus of golden color. Under the shield there are golden battle-axes. Around the shield there is the inscription "STATE FOREST PROTECTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS" of golden color. At the tip of the wreath is a golden styled scroll with a serial number. The sign is attached with a nut. The height of the badge is 70 mm.

The oak wreath - the cult tree of the Slavs -symbolizes the efforts of the forest guards to preserve and multiply the national wealth of the country.


The heraldic sign - the flag of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus  is a green rectangular width with the ratio of 1: 2. The image of the emblem of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus is placed in the center of the front and back side of the width. The green color of the width indicates the corporate color of the forest workers, the main color of the forest symbols and uniforms of the department employees.


Badge of distinction "I, II class Woodward" of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus

It is made in two variants, differentiated by the assigned class and metal. The badge "I class Woodward" is a golden baroque shield with a red border, in the field of which is a green fur-tree. The shield is bordered by a green motto ribbon, on which the inscription "I class Woodward" is placed in golden color. The shield is placed on a golden oak wreath. The badge is attached with a screw. The reverse side of the badge is provided the drawing of a serial number. The height of the badge - 45 mm.

Red and green colors are consonant with the colors of the National Flag of the Republic of Belarus. Red color is the color of strength and wealth, in this case the wealth of Belarusian nature. Green color indicates the corporate color of forest workers, the main color of forest symbols and uniforms of the agency`s employees.

Badge of distinction "II class Woodward" of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus is a silver baroque shield with a red border, in the field of which is a green fur-tree. The shield is bordered by a green motto ribbon, on which the inscription "II class Woodward" is placed in silver color. The shield is placed on a silver oak wreath.


Badge of distinction "10,20,30,40 years of impeccable service in the State Forest Guard of the Republic of Belarus" of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus

It is made in four variants, differing by the dates and color of the metal. The badge is attached with a screw. The reverse side of the badge is provided the drawing of a serial number. The height of the badge - 45 mm. The basis of the badge – a lozenge - traditional form of memorable signs of Belarusian foresters of the Soviet period. The green color of the lozenge symbolizes the forestry of the Republic of Belarus. The border of the appropriate color and the date emphasize the period of the employee's service. The baroque shield is a symbol of forest protection, a tribute to the epoch of the XVI century, when the Grand Duchy of Lithuania inaugurated administrative positions responsible for the protection of forests, forest use and hunting. In the center of the lozenge, in the field of the bronze baroque shield, there is a green fur-tree. The shield is crowned by the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus of bronze color. Under the shield on the border, there are oak leaves of bronze color, on which is situates a stylized scroll of bronze color with the date "10" of the same color.

 

 


The sign "20 years of impeccable service in the State Forestry Service of the Republic of Belarus"  of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus represents a green lozenge with a silver border, in the upper part of which there is the inscription "STATE FOREST GUARD" of green color. In the center of the lozenge, in the field of the silver baroque shield, there is a green fur-tree. The shield is crowned by the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus of silver color. Under the shield on the border, there are oak leaves of silver color, on which is situates a stylized scroll of silver color with the date "20" of the same color.

 


The sign "30 years of impeccable service in the State Forestry Service of the Republic of Belarus"  of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus represents a green lozenge with a golden border, in the upper part of which there is the inscription "STATE FOREST GUARD" of green color. In the center of the lozenge, in the field of the golden baroque shield, there is a green fur-tree. The shield is crowned by the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus of golden color. Under the shield on the border, there are oak leaves of golden color, on which is situates a stylized scroll of golden color with the date "30" of the same color.
